Office staff

I don’t appreciate when you to go the office to take care of a notice that left on my door. The notice stating we owed $35.00. Didn’t state why we owed. When I got to the office asked what the notice was about Daniela asked if I would take a seat I said no I don’t want to sit down. She wasn’t going to help me if I didn’t sit down. So that made me more upset. Then my voice tone did get a bit louder I wanted this to be taken care of ASAP. Management has changed three maybe even four times since we have been living here. The whole notice was because they didn’t show in their records that I had renters insurance. I had sent numerous emails with my renters insurance. So I had to take my time to go the the damn office and show I had renters insurance. Then I had to forward it for the 10th time to the office again while I had to sit there. People should have to be forced to sit down if they don’t want to, to get help from the office. Especially if you sit down all day. So I say watch out for management and their hidden fees or make damn sure you have actual paper to show all proof. Their email sucks. I say that due to the fact I have to email proof of anything numerous times. Never had a problem with paying my rent always paid on time all three years we have been here but now with this new management NOT HAPPY AY ALL.

Refrigerator.

I want to thank very much Natan and Larry for their outstanding service on replacing my fridge. Maintenance is the best in this community every time a make a request they response quick and respectful.

Great place to live

I love living here! The staff (namely Alisha) is very accommodating, helpful, quick to respond, and friendly. My apartment is clean (no bugs or rodents), spacious, and comfortable. The pool and the common areas are kept clean and the landscapers are on site very often. I feel safe in the area and never question my safety even though I am on the garden level. New management has been making non-stop upgrades (replacing doors, windows, and siding). It is clear Alisha and management care about their residents.

kudos to the Hudson

I've lived in the complex for almost 2 years, and service from both the office and maintenance staff has been great, professional, courteous caring and with great follow through. the new upgrades are coming along, and i'm confident they will be great when finished. Very safe community, and convenient to everywhere in Denver and Aurora.
